Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking you back to the King Eddy stage through the Songsmith Sundays Podcast, hosted by Calgary country-folk singer-songwriter Justine Vandergrift.
Before closing the doors of the Eddy to help curb the spread of COVID-19, she had the privilege of hosting a variety of artists every Sunday while folks enjoyed brunch, brews, and coffee.
In this first episode of the podcast, originally taped on October 9, 2019, hear songs and stories from Vandergrift and her guest, JUNO Award-winning folk songwriter Bill Bourne, who dropped into the venue after finishing up a tour.
