Is the King Eddy an all-ages venue?

Yes! We are a licensed restaurant and minors are welcome anytime.

Can I make a reservation?

Yes, you can make a reservation through Tock. The latest time we accept reservations is 7:30 pm. Groups larger than 10 must send us an email to info@kingeddy.ca to book. Please include your name, the number of guests in your group, arrival date and time, and a phone number to contact.

Can I keep my reservation for the duration of the show?

Yes, you can book a reservation through Tock or email us at info@kingeddy.ca. Please note that a reservation does not guarantee you tickets for a show.

Are tickets available at the door?

Tickets will only be available at the door if the show is not sold out and based on availability, so please check our website first. We highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to guarantee your attendance to the show.

Does having a ticket guarantee seating for a show?

No. To accommodate as many live music fans as possible, we offer both seating and standing room at our shows. Seats are first come, first served if you do not have a reservation. We highly recommend arriving early if you’d like to be seated during the performance.

Seating is required because I, or someone in my group, has limited mobility and is unable to stand for the duration of the show. How can I guarantee that we get a seat?

Please make a reservation through Tock or contact us at info@kingeddy.ca. If low-table seating is specifically required, please let us know. We always try our best to accommodate all guests!

When do you have no cover/free live music?

We have no cover shows every Friday happy hour from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm, and every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. You can check our What’s On page for all upcoming show details.

Can I order food for delivery?

Currently, we only do takeout. You’re welcome to place an order and come pick it up. Delivery is something we may look into in the future.

Is the rooftop patio open?

Our rooftop is only open for private event rentals. Please inquire about booking a special event on our Contact page.

We do have a beautiful side patio that is open to the public, weather permitting. We do not take reservations for the patio, it is first-come, first-served only.

How do I book a show at the King Eddy?

If you’re an artist/band interesting in booking a show at the King Eddy, please fill out the Talent Booking Inquiries form on our Contact page, and we’ll get back to you if there’s an opportunity to collaborate.

How can I get information for booking a private event?

What is the best way of getting a hold of someone at the King Eddy to answer other inquiries?

Always check our website first for show, ticket, and reservation information. If you have additional questions, please email us at info@kingeddy.ca or call us at 403-829-6016.

We are unable to answer our phone during busy periods of service or during live music performances, but leave us a voicemail and someone will get back to you within 2 days.
