The King Eddy in partnership with the National Music Centre will present No Cover Canada Day, a family-friendly bash with a rollicking roster of live performers.

On July 1, the King Eddy’s main floor and rooftop will be abuzz with live tunes from 11:00 am ‘til close. Catch Cree/Métis blues-rocker Bebe Buckskin, old-time banjoist and songwriter Amy Nelson, and Franco-Albertan singer-songwriter Pierre Sabourin on the Eddy’s main floor.

If you’re looking for some live music with a side of sunshine, head on up to the rooftop terrace for tunes from jazz pianist Timothonius, alternative R&B artist ZENON, and country-rock artist Devin Cooper.

In addition to the performances, the King Eddy kitchen will be serving up comfort-food classics, sharable bites, and  vegetarian options. A selection of local brews and custom cocktails will also be on tap to fuel up partiers.

No Cover Canada Day at the King Eddy runs from 11:00 am ‘til close on July 1 and is open to music lovers of all ages. As the title suggests, no cover will be in effect all day long on both the main floor and rooftop.
