We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager who believes in offering guests exceptional experiences through offering high quality local products and exceptional live music. As a Restaurant Manager, you will work with the General Manager on a variety of responsibilities and duties such as overall financial responsibility for the restaurant including scheduling, inventory control, costing, restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food and beverage quality, as well as continuing on in our tradition of offering the highest levels of hospitality and guest experience.

About the King Eddy:
Established in 1905, the King Eddy was Calgary’s second-oldest hotel and the longest-operating hotel bar until its closure in 2004. This beloved landmark was acquired by the National Music Centre in 2008 and carefully reassembled, honouring the original plans and returning it to its 1905 glory.
