About TAYLR

TAYLR is a singer-songwriter based in Moh’kins’tsis (Calgary, Alberta) that has the control and skill of a trained vocalist while maintaining the warmth and fun-loving nature of their inner child. As they continue to grow and expand their musical interests, TAYLR takes bits and pieces of R&B, jazz, folk, and indie pop to create a warm and hearty melodic recipe in which you can taste the earnestness in every spoonful. Referred to as the “thinking person’s songwriter” by Jamspere Magazine, TAYLR is no stranger to self reflection and the deep internal exploration that bold songwriting is born from. Their vocals – strong, soft, and lustrous like silk, soothe the body like a lozenge on a burning throat.
