Alberta Country Music Series with Mariya Stokes
Calgary country artist Mariya Stokes is back to kick off our Alberta Country Music Series, running every Saturday at the King Eddy! She will be performing safely inside the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio room while her band plays on the Eddy stage. Can’t make it down for the performance? About Mariya Stokes:
If Kacey Musgraves and Meghan Trainor had a country-soul love-child, the result would be Calgary, Alberta based country artist Mariya Stokes. With the release of her debut single, “Hands on My Body” in February 2019, Stokes introduces herself with a simple, sexy anthem that blurs the lines between country and pop. Her follow-up single, “Christmas, Arizona,” was released in November 2019, and will followed by her debut EP in Spring 2020.
