Arena rock band Arcana Kings hits the historic King Eddy stage with a big, loud, pop-punk rock ‘n’ roll show on Saturday, May 13.

About Arcana Kings

Arcana Kings lineup consists of Johnny McCuaig on lead vocals, bagpipes and rhythm guitar, lead guitarist James Picton, rhythm guitarist and vocals Allan Morrison, on bass Kevin Kyle and drummer Graham Templeman.

The band formed in 2015 and have been going strong ever since. Taking a page from AC/DC’ Long way to the top’, AK tapped into their rock roots to capture a bit of AC/DC, Danko Jones, Foo Fighters and Steve Miller. The result, the highly anticipated debut album Lions As Ravens.

Lions As Ravens released world wide on June 14 2019.  The album was recorded with producer Ryan Andersen (Nickelback, Theory of a Dead Man, Default), at RedDoor Recorders in Saskatoon.

“WICKED album – rock guitar, rock bass, rock drums, rock vocals and rock bag pipes – with great hooks, and surprise punches – wow!!! The musicianship is TIGHT! I cranked it – It was like a fast roller coaster for my ears!” – Wayne Kelly, Bounce morning radio show host.

Arcana Kings are getting well known for their arena rock music.  The CFL’s Saskatchewan Roughriders used “Here We Go” as the teams run out song during home games. The band followed up their success with a live performance at Mosaic Stadium during the CFL’s western semi-final playoff game.
