Ashley Ghostkeeper is a Metis-Cree country artist originally from Red Deer, Alberta, born in High Level, Alberta. Nominated for an official Country Music Alberta Award in 2024 for “Fan’s Choice” and “Horizon Female Artist Of The Year.” With her latest song “Future Me” climbing the Indigenous Music Countdown to the #1 spot! She was born into a family of singers and songwriters and is heavily influenced by their love of music. A natural storyteller, Ashley’s music connects with her listeners at a deeper level of meaning, while staying true to her country roots. At 8 years old, she began writing and singing her own songs drawing inspiration from artists such as Miranda Lambert, Sara Evans, and The Chicks. The classic ’90s country sound helped to carve her honest, down to earth style with an early 2000s country feel.
