CJF – Free Public Workshop – Landline

Landline’s innovative composition workshop celebrates individuality and collaboration through group composition. Similar to the game “telephone”, each participant composes original material which is then passed around to ensemble members to be transformed. Goals: This method challenges musicians to learn to compose in a collaborative setting, to step out of your comfort zone, and celebrate everyone’s voice by highlighting the vital role that collaboration plays in successful group dynamics.
