Alt-pop artist Eden Taylor hits the legendary King Eddy stage with blues-rock artist Luc Roach on June 6.

About Eden Taylor:

Eden Taylor is a Calgary-based singer-songwriter known for her cinematic, soul-soaked alt-pop sound, drawing from blues, country, and roots influences. With over 300 performances across Canada and the U.S., she has built a reputation for emotionally charged live shows that connect deeply with audiences.

In 2025, Eden earned four awards at the Global Country Awards in Nashville, including Best Female Entertainer and Best Country Vocalist. Her debut single Jealousy received a YYC Music Award nomination for Pop Recording of the Year.

Her latest single, That’s What I Do, showcases a refined alt-pop direction, blending cinematic production with honest storytelling. At her live shows, Eden is now introducing unreleased material from her upcoming EP, offering audiences a first listen at the next chapter of her music.

About Luc Roach:

Coming from a healthy dose of classic rock growing up, ‘Luc Roach’ has taken on his own spin on mixing old rock with new age blues. Starting playing guitar at age 12 he played for a couple years till he gave it up, it wasn’t until 2011 when he moved From his Home town of Hinton AB to Whistler BC where he starting get back into playing and writing Folk music. Two years later he moves down to Vancouver for more opportunity where he recorded his first EP under “Luc RoAch” in April 2015. About a year later he would go on to host an Open Mic on Commercial ave. Fast forward a couple years he now resides in Calgary AB and has since put out a couple singles, including an EP She’s Got the Blues released January 18, 2020 and his Single “What I Need” that received a nomination for Blues Recording of the year in 2022 at the YYC Music Awards. Now him and his band continue to play shows in and around Calgary, with an album on the way.
