About Stark Sky:

Stark Sky is an Alberta-based acoustic country duo blending heart, harmony, and a little edge. Formed in 2023, Stark Sky is comprised of vocalist/multi-instrumentalists Mark Ferguson and Stacey Fedigan, both classically trained musicians, who discovered their real sound through storytelling, harmony, and instinct. Influenced by artists like Alison Krauss, The Chicks, and The Civil Wars—alongside the musical depth of Rush and Yes—their sound balances roots storytelling with thoughtful musical texture. Their music moves between country, folk, and pop, with originals woven into every set. Grounded in classical training but driven by story, Stark Sky creates music that feels honest, intimate, and unmistakably their own.
