In true Honens Bison Noir fashion, when the house lights dim, the boundaries of genres blur.
Immerse yourself in an all-encompassing evening at the landmark King Eddy, where pianists Chris Andrew, Winston Choi, Carter Johnson, and Élisabeth Pion experiment with historic and modern works on a Steinway & Sons Spirio self-playing piano, responding and improvising to pre-recorded performances in real-time. Expect a mix of classical and jazz music with live improvisation and visual projections in this immersive late-night concert.
Plus, don’t forget to join us for Reverberations: Chopin Reframed beforehand, across the street, at 7 pm in the National Music Centre’s Performance Hall.
Sound production equipment for the King Eddy provided by PK Sound.
