Hush Pup makes experimental pop music that sounds a lot like driving at night through the board game Candy Land, soft cotton candy trees brush up against the windows of your glass car as you ride toward a friend’s cabin nearby the molasses swamp. Forming for a show in 2012, they have since played across Canada, the U.S. & Europe. Their EP ‘Flower Power’ & LP ‘Panacea’, a romantic film-inspired album, will be released on a double cassette with Lone Hand (lonehand.xyz) in March 2019.

About Wish Lash

Wish Lash, born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, crafts songs that entwine ambient, dark leaning techno with layers of atmospheric vocals, punctuating experimental noise with rhythmic beats. Alongside the ambience lies an undercurrent of energy, held together by layered synths, heartbeat drums and otherworldly voices. Her 2018 EP Altar of Doubt was the #1 most played album on CJSW 90.9 FM in 2018.

About Crystal Eyes

CRYSTAL EYES are an Indie dream rock band with touchstones of psych, shoegaze, 60’s pop and 90’s grunge. Led by vocalist/guitarist Erin Jenkins, the band features warm effect-drenched guitar and synth, at times layered or alternately stripped down. Their recordings are defined by live off the floor performances and the analogue recording techniques of producer/musician Chris Dadge (Chad van Gaalen, Alvvays, Lab Coast).
