About Kylie Austin:
Kylie Austin is a Calgary-based country-folk singer-songwriter blending raw honesty with a modern country edge. With a knack for turning life’s messy moments into songs that feel like late-night conversations with an old friend, her heartfelt storytelling has already earned her a 97 South Songwriter Contest win, Emerging Artist recognition, performances at the World Women’s Curling Championship, and interviews with both CJWE 88.1 and CJSW 90.9 FM. She has also earned opportunities to work alongside Grammy-nominated songwriter Bonnie Baker and CCMA Award-winner Aaron Goodvin.
Outside of performing, Kylie is passionate about building community within Alberta’s music scene. Through Row 13 Productions, in collaboration with Peach Jam Records, she independently planned and coordinated the sold-out songwriter series Shut Up & Listen, creating intimate listening-room experiences that spotlight emerging artists and genuine connection.
A dynamic and versatile live performer, Kylie is available as a solo act, duo, or full band, delivering both original music and crowd-favourite country and pop covers. Whether it’s a listening room, festival, bar, wedding, or corporate event, she brings a polished, high-energy show that keeps audiences engaged from the first song to the last.
