THE SPIRITS

  1. Northern Keep Vodka:
Our vodka celebrates our northern home, a land of abundance that enables us to craft the finest spirit from ingredients grown in our own backyard, sourced from local Canadian farms and crafted by artisans of Alberta Distillers, an award-winning distillery recently named Distillery of the Decade at the Canadian Whisky Awards 2020.
  2. Canadian Club 100% Rye:
Canadian Club 100% Rye elicits hints of vanilla and caramel notes in the upfront, with a spicy, yet balanced finish for a full-bodied flavor. Distilled in the arid region of Calgary, where full-bodied rye flourishes. CC 100% Rye is made by experts who have been perfecting the craft of rye whisky for over 60 years.
  3. Reifel Rye:
Reifel Rye is crafted from local Alberta rye, with its characteristic complexity and spice. The high-rye spirit is aged in charred white oak and ex-bourbon barrels. It is a feast of a whisky- with notes of toffee, banana bread, chocolate, poached pear and crème brûlée. A bold and unconventional whisky with unexpected depths- like George Reifel himself.
  4. Alberta Premium Cask Strength 4th Edition:
Crafted and distilled in Calgary, Alberta, Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye is made from 100% Canadian Prairie rye grains grown by local farmers and distilled with nutrient-dense, glacier fed spring water from the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The liquid is 100% pot distilled and aged in new white oak barrels.
  5. Canadian Club Chronicles 45 Year:
This “Iconic” Expression Celebrates Canadian Club’s Role in Historical Events & Popular Culture Over the Past 160+ Years. Batched and barrelled in 1977, Canadian Club 45 Year Old’s golden amber colour presents an enticing blend of warm pear, baking spices, toffee, and a hint of leather on the nose, while bringing forward an espresso crema on the mouth, balanced with wine, poached pear, and the nutty sweetness of praline. The spirit delivers a well-rounded, smooth, and lingering finish that speaks to the exceptional quality of the locally grown grains.

THE STUDIO

Dubbed the “Sistine Chapel of rock ’n’ roll,” this historic mobile recording studio was used by British rock legends Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and the Rolling Stones. Conceived by Rolling Stones tour manager Ian Stewart and built in 1968, the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio (RSM) was the first ever professional mobile recording studio, built to accommodate the band’s wild 24-hour lifestyle. Equipped with a state-of-the-art Helios recording console, the RSM soon gained popularity among other musicians, leading to the creation of countless classic rock albums. Acquired by National Music Centre in 2001, the RSM has since been restored to its former glory and is now parked next to the King Eddy stage where it’s available for artists to record. Many legendary albums were recorded using the RSM, including:

  • Harvest – Neil Young
  • Sticky Fingers and Exile on Main Street– The Rolling Stones
  • Zeppelin III and Zeppelin IV – Led Zeppelin
  • Machine HeadBurn, and Live in Europe – Deep Purple
  • Penguins and Mystery to Me – Fleetwood Mac
  • Live! – Bob Marley and The Wailers
  • Alchemy: Dire Straits Live – Dire Straits
  • Live in Italy – Lou Reed

Immerse yourself in an iconic Canadian music experience like no other with unprecedented access to the RSM as we spin Neil Young’s Harvest, recorded right here in this legendary studio.
