About Counterfeit Jeans:
Graduates of the Academy of Indie Rock Design, this hot-to-trot trio pushes persistent melodies and surging rhythms that accentuate all those dangerous curves. A nervous wreck in the streets and neon demon in the sheets, Counterfeit Jeans live to flaunt their fatal flaws. Pivotal post-punks in dress-code denim, their shredded edges pair perfectly with rain-slicked pavement and absinthe-PBR smoothies.
About Screaming Females:
Maximum riffage punk band Screaming Females last performed at Sled Island 2014 at the invitation of Kathleen Hanna. Since then, they’ve released two more albums, including last year’s excellent All at Once. It’s a career-high that has added certain touches of rough-around-the-edges pop that make Marissa Paternoster’s guitar pyrotechnics and deep vibrato more effective than ever.
