About Total Gadjos:
Total Gadjos are an Eastern-European Folk Post-Punk band formed by immigrant singer/songwriter Petcho Joch. They juxtapose elements of Klezmer, Balkan Brass, and Czechoslovak folklore with post-punk rock. Known as thee Gogol Bordello cover band, Total Gadjos also play originals, Eastern-European traditionals, and even “eastified” covers of pop chart toppers. They sound like Nick Cave backed by Gogol Bordello in a refugee camp wedding and play music that makes the heart happy, the feet dance, and the brain think of the best kind of debauchery.
Total Gadjos have released 4 EPs and will release their newest single “Wine, Virgin, and Voda” on July 8th, 2019. They were the pre-show artist for Goran Bregovic Wedding and Funeral Orchestra at Jack Singer Concert Hall. The band played a sold-out Ironwood Stage & Grill with Plaid Tongued Devils and opened for Art Bergmann at Fences Down Festival in Ramsay.
Sound production equipment for the King Eddy is provided by PK Sound and Yamaha.
