Stampede at the King Eddy with Kendra Kay

From July 9-17, King Eddy will be transformed into a swingin’ Stampede saloon. So whether you’re warming up for a night of boot stompin’ or winding down from a day on the midway, come kick it at Calgary’s legendary live music venue.

Powerhouse country vocalist Kendra Kay hits the King Eddy stage as part of Stampede at the King Eddy.

Stampede at the King Eddy will run on the main floor and rooftop, July 9-17 from 11:00 am to close, with the exception of Sundays and Mondays, which will be open with reduced hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Seating is first come, first served during Stampede.

About Kendra Kay:
Few artists capture the spirit of country music like award-winning recording artist Kendra Kay. Raised on the Canadian prairies and hailed as “Canada’s Country Girl” (Harlton Empire), she has amassed half a million streams, 17 weeks in the Top 100 Canada Country Airplay and earned a Top 10 spot in the 2020 CBC Searchlight competition. Known for her powerhouse vocals, down to earth personality and high energy shows, she has firmly established herself as an artist to watch and a “rising country star” (Brandon Sun) in the Canadian country music scene.

About Stampede at the King Eddy:
In honour of Calgary’s favourite 10 days of the year, King Eddy is bringing you a roundup of sizzlin’ hot tunes for Stampede. Catch this all-Canadian country lineup all day and all night on a historic stage just 600 metres from Stampede Park.

Special thanks to our talent sponsor Craig Senyk Initiatives for supporting live music on the main floor and rooftop patio throughout Stampede.
