Stampede at the King Eddy with Tim Hus

From July 9-17, King Eddy will be transformed into a swingin’ Stampede saloon. So whether you’re warming up for a night of boot stompin’ or winding down from a day on the midway, come kick it at Calgary’s legendary live music venue.

Country vagabond Tim Hus returns to the King Eddy with songs to sing and stories to tell as part of Stampede at the King Eddy.

Stampede at the King Eddy will run on the main floor and rooftop, July 9-17 from 11:00 am to close, with the exception of Sundays and Mondays, which will be open with reduced hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Seating is first come, first served during Stampede.

About Tim Hus:
Stony Plain Records’ recording artist Tim Hus has been heralded by both Corb Lund and Stompin’ Tom Connors as one of their favorite homegrown songwriters. He’s an Albertan through and through and one who takes the history of Canada seriously, capturing the pioneering spirit that motivates and inspires truck drivers, miners, rum runners, trappers, men of the land, men of the sea, and vagabonds.

About Stampede at the King Eddy:
In honour of Calgary’s favourite 10 days of the year, King Eddy is bringing you a roundup of sizzlin’ hot tunes for Stampede. Catch this all-Canadian country lineup all day and all night on a historic stage just 600 metres from Stampede Park.

Special thanks to our talent sponsor Craig Senyk Initiatives for supporting live music on the main floor and rooftop patio throughout Stampede.

Sound production equipment for the King Eddy is provided by PK Sound and Yamaha.
