Valentine’s Dinner + NMC Presents: All’s Fair in Love

Experience love in all its forms at All’s Fair in Love — Songs for Situationships and Soulmates, a Valentine’s night that blends music, discovery, and delight at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre.

Whether you’re planning a romantic night out or celebrating with friends, this unique experience promises an evening filled with musical magic. Celebrate love in all its forms with an unforgettable night featuring a heart-stirring concert of iconic love songs, heartbreak anthems, and soulful classics, led by Zoe Theodorou. From Stevie Wonder to Beyonce and Al Green to Bruno Mars, the night’s two-part setlist blends timeless hits and modern favourites that speak to every version of love.

Before the concert begins, Studio Bell will be open exclusively to ticket holders from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offering the chance to explore Canada’s music story across five floors of exhibitions and interactive activities. In the lobby, enjoy a selection of themed activations designed to make your night extra special — capture the moment with complimentary Valentine’s-themed photo booth, indulge at the candy buffet, capture the moment with complimentary Valentine’s-themed photo booth, indulge at the candy buffet, and enjoy live music by harpist Hermitess in the lobby to set the tone. The lobby bar and NMC Café will be open throughout the evening with beverages available for purchase.

For an elevated experience, guests can also add a scrumptious three-course Valentine’s dinner at the King Eddy. Enjoy a beautifully prepared meal just steps away from Studio Bell before immersing yourself in an evening of music and connection.

Timeline

• 4:45 – 6:30 pm: Dinner seatings at the King Eddy
• 7:30 pm: Dinner service ends
• 5:00 pm – 7:45 pm: Studio Bell exhibits and activities open to ticket holders
• 8:00 pm: Concert with Zoe Theodorou at Studio Bell

Ticket Instructions

3. Dinner Add-on: To add the optional King Eddy dinner, select the add-on during checkout.

King Eddy Three-course Valentine’s Dinner Menu

FIRST COURSE (choose 1)

• Maple roasted butternut squash and coconut cream soup. Toasted pumpkin seeds and cilantro pesto
• Mediterranean chopped salad -romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chickpeas olives and feta cheese. Red wine vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE (choose 1) 

• Slow braised Alberta beef short ribs with red wine and herbs. Garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables
• Chicken Breast Supreme “Coq Au Vin”- red wine, bacon, mushroom and herb jus, Garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables

THIRD COURSE (choose 1)

• Maple Bourbon Crème Brulé, Chantilly cream and fresh berries
• Warm white chocolate and cranberry brioche bread pudding, salted caramel sauce and vanilla gelato
